Volkswagen passes Ford in sales!

Ford and GM have been going down for a while now as it seems nothing good is coming their way these days. On the other side Japanese Brands and German Brands are registering records after records.
Now Volkswagen has overtaken Ford in global sales after posting record earnings.
VW first half sales rose 7.2% to 3,31 million vehicles while Ford posted 11% decrease in sales and 3.09 million.
Ford's U.S. sales fell 14% as gasoline prices rose above $4 a gallon, crimping demand for large pickups and SUVs.
This is great news for the VW and Audi fans and well deserved accolade!

GM has been marketing its plans for revival left and right. Lets see if they can some how become the Phoenix they are promising they will be!
